I called on Saturday about a situation and Eddie helped me. Seeing that it was a weekend I got a call today from Saul telling me about my situation it was fixed. I must say the customer service was outstanding. The fact that they know how to give customer by phone no attitude no nothing. Just plain nice customer service. They answer your questions. Very awesome from them two. Keep up the great work. 👍 i do recommend

Military beware for storage while on deployment/rotation. I used this storage for my travel trailer for a period while I was on deployment. During this and with no notice prior to deploying, halfway through the deployment they sent a notice saying they had to redo the asphalt underneath my RV and had to tow it to another location. Mind you, my RV was not prepped internally for the movement and I let the facility know when I would be back and able to move it. In turn they said there was no choice and it had to be moved right then and there. My lock was cut off and my travel trailer was moved with my personal belongings not being secured and thrown about. I will give this to the unit and that’s why I’m giving them two stars. They paid for the towing and my new lock. I lost my wheel covers in the process and pins for the trailer from the move. As well upon returning I moved the trailer out and forgot to shut off the auto pay and schedule a move out date, that is on me for not letting the company know of the move out date till I was charged for the following month. I attempted to see if I could prorate something of the next 30 days due to my negligence but after calling the facility they have a no prorate policy so beware of that as well. The workers were kind but due to the corporate nature of the business their hands were tied to all of the above which is understandable and not at all on them but more the corporate nature of the facility.
