Diego (new manager) and Megan do not have a plan in place for access to my unit after late payment. They put a lock on my storage and I requested to be removed but yet had to wait two days for the lock to be removed. It was an emergency to get into my unit after I fully paid and was told to wait even though I told them I had an emergency, however they were quick to take the payment immediately. The new staff is horrible and Megan did not provide quality customer service.
Jd HoDiego the new manager [ ignores/ rude to clients] diego never answers the calls, emails and he is out of office a lot. And hr is very rude... I heard he is looking for other job. Therefore, we customer are going to suffer for his lack of care. Hello we need help...my employee couldn't get to the unit..mistake overlocked...it's so sad we pay on time
