Suzanne & Kate: Thank you so much! I am the Navy Vet/Pilot guy. The two Ladies that assisted me with my rental last Saturday were absolutely amazing! You should think of two “letters” when you meet them: S & K. “S” for “SWEET” (SUZANNE) & “K” for “KIND” (KATE) they both were fantastic! They made the process simple & easy, answered all of the questions I had, and to top it off they were friendly, courteous and very professional. I can say that my experience was a very pleasurable one due to the excellent customer service I received from these ladies!

Christian is awesome!!! I recently purchased a storage unit right before the big snow storm. I received an automated message to pick up the keys, which was impossible due to weather, and being a flight attendant, I also had to run to the airport to attempt to fly out. Worried about the keys, outside of no where I Received a phone call and it was Christian. He thanked me for purchasing the storage and wanted to check up on me and ask if everything was satisfactory. I explained my situation and my worries about the keys and he said he'll take care of it. Christian also made himself available for any questions and assistance I may need. But the fact he offered a courtesy call, was very informative and helpful, and even spent a minute to laugh and converse was new and refreshing. Definitely made me feel as though I chose the right place to store my belongings. Excellent work ethic, and customer service skills. Especially with what im currently going through, I am extremely grateful /appreciative and it was truly a breath of fresh air. Thank you!!! Stay blessed and stay awesome Christian

SUZANNE was an absolute delight! I had several issues I needed help with and she was just so supportive was able to get me the help I needed. I am honestly so grateful she was here when I had issues because not many people would have taken the time to explain everything or go the extra mile to help me. 10 stars for her alone!

Fantastic is the word that comes to mind to describe our visit with Suzanne. It's hard to believe it was our first time there. Meeting up with Suzanne was like connecting with a long lost friend that was doing everything she could to help us out. She answered all our questions and jumped on the phone when needed. Amazing experience. We're moving from another storage company where we were tenants for over 10 years and look forward to our future here and wished we would have moved in sooner.
