The staff at the Extra Storage facility where I rent my space is very caring and thoughtful. Miss Renee and Miss Lucy are extremely helpful, and attentive to the needs of tenants they service at their location. They always have a great attitude and give wonderful customer service.

I've been with this location for years now and find it very easy and convenient. It's clean, easily accessible and the staff is great! I was in the office the other day and Lucy was her typical smiling self... a real gem. Thanks to your team. Oh, and there is a completely new 2nd phase adjacent to the original. Great pricing too.

AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! If I could give more stars I would! Always exceeding expectations when in need. Rented a unit here for a year and never had issues. Squeaky clean facility & affordable pricing! I love the security and knowing that my items were safe and untouched the whole time! I will refer them to ANYONE & EVERYONE!

Renee was really nice and helpful at the Extra Space storage on First Chapel Drive where we have units. Other staff have been helpful and friendly in the past there as well. We like the secured access and the clean climate controlled units. We have used other companies, but none were as good as this Extra Space Storage facility.

Spoke with Renee A couple times today after my phone died and she was so helpful and had the best customer service. I have to switch my debit card. She waived my late fee And walk me through it. I also want to add that two weeks ago. I did not lock my unit correctly and they called me the next morning to make me aware of it. I think that is so great that they do that.
