Arrowhead rented my reserved storage unit after deposit and arrangements made. The unit was even noted on their reservation system. I am told my deposit will be refunded, but obviously the time and aggravation of wasting my time here is huge. A "I am sorry" is all you will get from management. Rent elsewhere is my advice. I understand your policy. I was told the extra time was not a problem and you noted on your system. You simply did not honor your word. Poorly managed property.
Macy RussellDon't even waste your time!! This place is INFESTED with black widdow spiders. The prices change once you sign an agreement, they charge a lock fee and I didnt even need a lock, I provided my own. Then their gates do not ever work!! I was trapped inside 4 different occasions. They took the payment for this month, but I was all packed up today, and they REFUSED to prorate rent. All in all I have had nothing but a headache from this place!! 10 outta 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
Kelly DavissFirst class storage facility, maintained extremely well. If ever in need of a great place to stay, they offer two apartments that are very unique and well maintained, as well. Very flexible on nightly, weekly and monthly. They go above and beyond for their customers. We would recommend to friends and family.
Michael GonzalesMan, what can I say, I was a little hesitant about staying at a room in a Uhaul storage facility, but it was freaking amazing. My family and I have stayed at some really nice hotels and cottages but this apartment is a gem that stood up to some of those higher priced places, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, washer dryer combo, memory foam mattresses, shower separate from the 2 bathrooms, great WIFI with Netflix and YouTube, Awesome Texas Decor. Also it felt a little more secure because you had to have a gate code to access the facility.
