This was the day of my move, so everything was very last minute, but they made the process simple and stress-free. Overall, it was a smooth and easy transaction.

Tamara was very helpful and answered my initial questions thoroughly and politely. I was then able to complete my reservation online using their convenient e-rental process. When I went to open the unit - which was clean and easy to access - I was greeted by a thoughtful bag of materials for my rental, which included a handwritten card from John and Tamara. Very clean facility and friendly helpful staff. Cameras are working. In a lot of storage facilities, they say they have cameras, but they don't function. I reserved the room in my driveway and 15 minutes later, they were ready for me. A/C is nice and cool in the climate controlled units.

CubeSmart was a convenient choice for us. It’s close, we unfortunately can see it from our backyard. (Please build a privacy wall and get rid of the chain link fence) When we inquired about lots for trailers, they had plenty of availability and prices were reasonable. We went in to reserve a space on limited time and they were quick and efficient and got our needs taken care of. So far, it’s been a good experience. Docking a star because I wish they had covered parking as well as the fence being an eyesore to the homeowners around them. Also, not all the cameras were working when I went inside which is a slight concern.
