Absolutely horrible experience. I gave proper notice and moved out along with paying my bill. I was charged the entire time for insurance that I never signed up for and now they are sending me to collections for a bill that I do not owe. There are tons of other storage places around the island that are cheaper and pay more attention to their billing practices. Chase Steppig
