I don’t often leave reviews but after getting off the phone with Melinda at home team all I have to say is wow! Her customer service is out of this world! she always sounds so happy and she is so extremely nice. I’ve only had to call a couple of times but every time I do she has just left a smile on my face! The home team storage itself is impeccably clean and easy to access. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone I know!!!

Anonymous Feedback on Storage Unit Management Changes 1. Implement Fixed-Rate Contracts
. The frequent rent increases are a significant concern. To provide stability and predictability for customers, we request the introduction of fixed-rate contracts to prevent unexpected price hikes. 2. Enforce Stricter Policies for Facility Use. 
While the storage units are noted for their cleanliness, there are issues with misuse. Stricter policies are needed to address individuals sleeping in their storage units or outside in their vehicles to maintain safety and proper use of the facility. 3. Restore Extended Access Hours
. The previous access hours of 12 AM to 6 PM were highly convenient. The recent changes to the access time frame are less accommodating. We urge a return to the original schedule to better serve customers’ needs. 4. Increase Trash Collection Frequency. 
The trash bins are consistently full, impacting the facility’s maintenance. We recommend scheduling trash collection twice a week to ensure better upkeep and cleanliness. This feedback is submitted anonymously to address concerns about the recent changes under the new management.

Great place. Super clean, the A/C is perfectly chilly, everything worked. We stored here for 2 months and it was convenient and safe. Probably the nicest storage facility I've ever used, by far.

We miss having Allen this lady they have in the office is so disrespectful and loves to cut you off when your talking . I will be calling corporate and be getting our stuff out and take our business elsewhere.

Great place to store your stuff. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. Nice and clean and automatic lighting. The elevator should be air conditioned cause it gets super hot in there but all in all it’s a great facility.
