When going and canceling the service, I was met with a very abrasive person. I was shocked that someone would answer so abrupt and in a rude manor. I was a little confused with the cancelation process. She continued to be rude about the cancelation process. Karen, I hope you understand that being kind is so much easier than being rude and belligerent

I saw this facility online called to check to see if the price was correct they sent me an email to pay and told me the unit two days later I filled up my car went to the unit and someone else's stuff was in the unit I was in a hurry I unloaded my stuff in front of their stuff went and got a lock and locked it I also couldn't put other items in there because of their stuff being in there on Monday I called the facility and told them went and got the rest of my stuff went into the unit and it had been broken into the other people's stuff was completely gone I don't know what they took of mine everything was in so many boxes I have no idea. They have not apologized they have not tried to compensate me for my time of having to move my things out into another unit and the lady on the phone her name is Karen was extremely rude and aggressive and even hung up on me, I've been calling this whole entire procedure and I am more than confused how this customer service is these days no apology whatsoever. When I called back today the lady said they had found out who it was and walked them off the property yet won't tell me who it is so I can prosecute for breaking into my storage if they can break in once they can break in again my lock wasn't even destroyed so that's still an enigma. The new storage unit I moved into in the same building was filthy and the whole thing is ridiculous

Rented unit online, easy setup. They called to confirm and asked if I had any questions. So far, it's been good
