They had my unit set up, locked attached and ready to Go in the first 30 minutes. Texted me all the gate and lock information in the first 5 minutes. Definitely recommend. Fast service, reliable and no fuss. Best kind of service for me

Clean facility. Dislike the required insurance fee you have to pay in addition to the monthly rent amount. Would be nice to have a light in the unit for accessing at night. Had a problem with my reserved unit on my move in date. Called CS & spoke to AI advising me to use the kiosk at the facility to complete my move in. There isn't a kiosk at the facility. Ended up having to completely start over the entire rental process to be able to get a unit & gain access. After my review Angela called me and advised me that you don't have to pay for the insurance if you have a homeowners or renters insurance policy and can provide the declaration page. She also stated she would get with the IT department regarding the kiosk that isn't at the property like the AI customer service advised me to use.

This place is an absolute joke. I cancelled my unit over 2 months ago. Yet they have charged my account twice now. After I followed their ridiculous close out procedures. Not to mention there is no one onsite to handle the situation I have been on hold for over 3 hours. Even after I called to “place my number on a call back list to save my spot in line”. Why there is a waiting part for a storage facility is beyond me all I want to is get my money back from their mess up. I don’t understand this company and don’t see why they are still in business. I hope they see this and actually call me to get this settled or I will take it up a step further. I’m not playing because I did what I had to do. The “move out process” was followed. So why continue to charge me on an empty unit is beyond me.

There was a mix-up when new owners took over & my storage was way behind, then my auto pay was also messed up so I owed a lot of money. After speaking to someone in customer service they took care of my issue immediately. They definitely listen to any issues you may have. They were right on top of this and it was painless for me to get fixed. I appreciate it so very much. I would recommend big guy storage 150% you can't go wrong they are great to work with & the facility is always nice & clean. Thank you big guy for the fast response in getting my issue taken care of. The customer service is phenomenal. This facility is always nice and neat & customer service is always at your fingertips.
