Ashley has been absolutely amazing throughout my storage rental process! I rented two units — one for personal use and one for my business — and she made everything so smooth and stress-free. She took the time to walk me through different unit sizes, showed me multiple options, and really listened to what I needed. What I appreciated most was how knowledgeable and thorough she was. She suggested climate control for items I didn’t even realize would need it and made sure I understood what should and shouldn’t be stored to protect my unit. It truly felt like she cared about helping me make the best decision, not just making a sale. If you’re looking to rent a storage unit, I highly recommend working with Ashley. The manager Autumn , allows lotering at this facility people hang around at this facility all hours and I suspect a person is living in their storage unit at the facility I expressed my concern to the manager but she doesn't seem concerned and I also had some expensive collectable items stolen from my storage unit and I suspect the homeless redhead who hangs out here 24/7 and her boyfriend of taking my items. I literally had a Unit here for eleven years but I just moved everything out of this poorly managed storage facility. Watch out for the red-headed girl who keeps her electric scooter plugged in downstairs she will offer to help you move your stuff in or out but she doesn't work here but she's lotering here most of the time and she has a storage unit I suspect she lives in because she's homeless. The manager is aware of this and allows this to go on all the time. I informed the manager my items were missing out of my unit and she couldn't care less. I informed her about the lotering but she couldn't care less about it and knows what's going on. This is a security issue for tenants who have stuff stored here because it's at risk of being stolen especially at night time because it's not a very busy facility. Beware don't store your belongings at this cubesmart and it's also too hot of temperature here. Your items are not safe and they no longer have alarms on the units the manager informed me of this when I moved out but never mentioned it to me before. They had alarms before but they didn't tell tenants they no longer have them on the units. I'm upset I've paid out thousands of dollars here to store my collection of collectibles here and now some of my items have been stolen while stored here and nothing has been done about it. The manager should be terminated for allowing this conduct here it's against their rules of no lotering. Can't believe they allowed this to happen. The manager does not enforce the rules or policies as it should be. All they do is keep increasing your rent. Autumn the manager who has been here as long as I've had a storage unit here #6082, for 11 years, should be terminated for allowing this conduct of lotering and most probable the tenant I spoke about is allowed to live in her storage unit. She's here to figure out a way to take your belongings late at night when no one else is at the facility. Autumn you knowingly allowed this happen and it resulted in some of my collectables to be stolen. You should be fired from your position for sure

I called several storage facilities and visited three. I was at a point that I was just going to settle. When I got to Cube Smart, I met Issac. He was honest in answering questions, very patient, and EXTREMELY helpful. I’m so glad I chose this facility. Issac really helped me knowing I chose the right facility to store my belongings while I travel.
