Store manager, Chris, was happy, so welcoming that I felt special. He was so patient while he showed me available units and explained easy process. I felt so confident in the service, that I reserved my unit until ready for move-in date. Emails were so helpful. When I returned, Derrick assisted me with final details, and actually took time to help me with downloading App. Derrick is friendly, knowledgeable and so pleasant while professional. I was actually referred to this location by a girlfriend who has been very satisfied with price and service.
