Overall, I had a good experience with this Public Storage location at 5400 Alder Dr in Houston. The facility was clean, well-secured, and affordable. The staff was helpful, and the process was generally smooth. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the equipment available for customer use was not in good working condition. The free-to-use dolly had a broken handle. When I asked the front desk about it, they suggested it was still usable, even though the handle was clearly broken. I appreciate that they offer equipment for customers to use, but if something is broken, it should either be repaired, replaced, or removed from use. Other than that issue, the facility was good and I would still recommend it.
