I can not say enough good about the manager. I deal with lots of storage facilities as I buy auction units. This was first time to have someone answer on my first call. Normally get sales center. She was very kind helpful and went above and beyond. I'd give her 10 stars. She's the best. Facility was clean and very safe feeling. Plenty of dollies. Multiple loading areas. Even covered which was great as it was raining.

Tiana has been very helpful to my stressful move. My husband and I had life happen and so with all of our belongings and trying to peacefully organize and move between 2 different schedules and organization styles… Tiana has helped tremendously make this move less irritatingly stressful. The property and even bathroom for guests was surprisingly clean and well lit. 1/10 I give this place, experience and staff a rating of 10 out of 10:) -Czyra Ford

This place. Is one of my go too when I am moving. I have used them in the past and I continue to use them as they have always provided great, Excellent customer service. And I love the fact that my belongings are safe and secure.

They gates are always broken anyone can go in and out if they want to. I liked it better when they were Cube Smart. I didn't have to worry if anyone was going to break in my storage

This place is being neglected. No A/C, dim lights, gnats everywhere, and a terrible smell. Plus the elevator to go to the second floor is full of gnats and very slow. In the summer, I expect real cooling, not a weak setting that leaves the building hot. The manager has known about this for weeks, and nothing has been fixed. It’s ridiculous that reviews are needed just to get maintenance approved. Not worth the money.
