I came in thinking I’d just rent a storage unit… somehow I left feeling like I gained a life coach, therapist, and part-time superhero. The attendant was incredibly helpful, patient, and actually made the whole process enjoyable ; which is impressive considering I was stressed and surrounded by boxes I haven’t opened since 2017. He answered every question, helped me figure everything out fast, and had such a great attitude the entire time. If customer service had an MVP award, he’d definitely win it. Give this man a raise before another storage company steals him away!

Anthony was great, efficient and nice!! He was straight to the point, explained the climate control, the locks, and the change of rates that often happens with storage facilities. He was very upfront and I’m pleased and moving from extra space to this storage. They didn’t hide anything and didn’t have secret fees. I’m pleased.

It checked every box for us, but the real highlight…Jack the manager super friendly, incredibly helpful, and hands down gives the best golf cart tours of the property. If you’ve ever wanted to go on a treasure hunt for your own storage unit, look no further than Devon Self Storage. The unit numbers might be in an order that keeps you humble (and mildly confused), but honestly? It just adds to the adventure. Plot twist: I got to ride in a golf cart. Yes. A full VIP storage experience. 10/10, would get “lost” again just for that ride. And let’s talk about Jack — the real MVP. The guy is hilarious, super helpful, and somehow makes navigating storage unit chaos feel like a comedy show with directions. He answered all my questions, helped me figure out where I was supposed to be, and made the whole experience way more fun than moving boxes has any right to be. Highly recommend this place to anyone who needs storage… especially if you’re hoping for the deluxe golf cart tour. Thanks again, Jack! 😄

Great, friendly service, & honest! I kept waiting for hidden fees to jump out like a horror movie, but nope, very reasonable. Prices were way better than other storage places nearby, and Jack was hilarious! Very down to earth and easy to talk to. Honestly didn’t expect to leave a storage unit smiling!! Glad we chose this place!! Don’t pass this place up!!!
