This is a fantastic storage facility. They have up-to-date real time surveillance. They really do care to equip it to check on things as you need they will for sure Keep your property safely stored. In fact, I believe anybody who breaks into their storage facility would be quickly investigated by the FBI and come to justice Fully.

Trying to rent here has been a headache of an experience. There are NO employees that work at any of these 10Federal storage facilities. If you want to see a unit before renting, that’s impossible. You must sign up and rent online, then get gate code and unit combination info. If you don’t like unit then you have to move out. Out of all the phone numbers you find you will be passed around to any amount of off location foreign customer service reps or AI bots. Anyone you talk to will not actually know anything about the facility. We tried to rent a 30’x30’ unit, it was actually 3-10’x30’ units that had dirt/rock floors. Proceeded to another 10Federal facility where they advertised a 30’x25’. On the phone we were told it was a large 30’x25’ unit, that had 3 doors. After 30 minutes on the phone we had to sign up to rent, again, in order to even look at it. Upon arrival, you guessed it, it was 3 individual 10’x25’ units. Most storage facilities have manager/employees that do lock checks and walk the facility daily. At 10Federal, No one is at any location ever. They are 100% unmanned. Good luck if you have any problems, questions or ever get your stuff stolen or damaged.

This place has went downhill since They were bought out by 10 federal. Word to the wise.. don’t trust your belongings to this place! They have vagrants living out of them and refuse to do anything about it.

My experience with 10 Federal Storage started off a bit rough. I arrived around 2 a.m. with a full moving truck, only to find that the unit I had reserved (40x10) had eight separate doors with eight separate locks—something that was not disclosed beforehand - and definitely not what I was expecting. On top of that, I never received a code for any of the locks, so I couldn’t unload anything. It was incredibly frustrating. The next morning, I found out there was no on-site staff, which I also wasn’t aware of when booking. However, I was able to get through to customer service and spoke with Joshua, who was absolutely outstanding. He stayed on the phone with me for over an hour—the entire time I walked the property—patiently going through options, checking availability, and helping me find a unit that would actually meet my needs. Even though my original size wasn’t available anymore, he helped me find one that worked even better. His patience and professionalism completely turned the situation around. Since then, everything has gone smoothly. The property appears to be undergoing a lot of maintenance and upgrades, 24-hour access is a huge perk, and the app-based gate entry is very convenient—just make sure your phone is charged. While it started off stressful, Joshua’s excellent customer service made all the difference, and I’m now glad I chose this facility.
