It’s telling that the 5-star reviews lack detail while negative reviews are very specific. In person, the staff were some of the rudest and most unprofessional I’ve encountered. They were unhelpful and constantly redirected me to the website. It’s difficult to reach a real person due to the AI chatbot. I only rented for one month and left quickly. This location feels shady and hides behind a trusted franchise name.
Toni FieldsI contacted this location to report fraudulent charges made there on two separate dates using my card. Although I explained the charges were already disputed with my bank, the manager refused to hear the transaction details and abruptly ended the call. The refusal to accept information regarding the fraudulent transactions raises concerns about the business’s fraud prevention practices and willingness to cooperate when unauthorized activity is reported.
Kilo CharlieWhile the phone agent was unable to resolve my Tenant Portal login issue for my account, he was very helpful and able to update portions of my contact information & submitted a request for more detailed tech support. He assured me the issue would be resolved ASAP & that I would get a call back regarding my login issue. Very pleasant & professional with the assistance he did provide. Overall a good experience.
