Wow! That was quite possibly one the Best experiences I’ve ever had dealing with a business. Needed a storage asap so I stopped by this storage facility and Angel was just amazing! Super friendly and kind, showed me a few little buildings, we made a decision and I was in and out less than 20 minutes after deciding on which one I wanted. Thank you extra space storage facility and thank you Angel for being just awesome this morning I really appreciate that, was very refreshing to say the least. ⭐️ ⭐️🛵🏍️🇺🇸🤘🏻

A break in and theft happened at this storage facility last week. I've been a customer for over a year and I have to say I'm incredibly disturbed and disappointed by how upper management has handled this incident. My unit was one of the ones broken into and stolen from. The belongings in my unit were damaged, stolen and trashed. The property does not have cameras on the inside of the facilities only one in the front office and the few cameras they have outside are very old and low quality. The only people that were contacted about this break in and theft were the units that got hit. My neighbor also has a unit at this facility and they were never told there was a break in and theft on the property which has deeply distributed them. Everyone who is a paying customer should have been notified about this incident. I do not feel my belongs are safe here. I do not believe upper management took the time or spent the extra money to make sure everyone's belongs would be safe and secure to prevent property theft and damage from occurring. As soon as I am able to, I'm moving all of my stuff out ASAP. I do want to add that the staff at the front office were the only ones who gave me great information regarding the incident and helped me navigate the insurance policy and how to file a claim. I really appreciate all of their help during this.

Heath at the facility located at 1289 FM518, Kemah, TX 77565 is amazing!! He was very helpful and efficient in transferring units for me. Answered all questions of concerns with patience. I have been at this facility for several years and have never had an issue with units or staff

Elijah was great! Josh was excellent as well! These guys are fast and efficient and made everything easy. Plus the units are great! Location is even better

I cannot thank these guys enough. Elijah went over and beyond to help me. I am helping a man who lost his wife and fighting for his own after suffering a brain aneurism. He lost his hime in the middle of everything. My husband and I decided to put what he had left of him and his beautiful wife's life together in storage for him while he recovers and gets the help he needs. We were worried about cost issues. Elijah and his management came together and helped us majorly. I really cannot thank them enough. I highly recommend this storage place. They have big hearts and aren't here just for the money.
