From day one, the level of attention to detail, hospitality, and professionalism has been outstanding. Every time I call or stop by with questions, Xalen goes above and beyond to make sure everything is explained clearly and handled efficiently. You can truly tell that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing excellent service. The facility is always well-maintained, organized, and welcoming, which reflects the effort and dedication he puts into managing it. It’s rare to find someone who is consistently this helpful, patient, and reliable. I've been with the company for many years, and I am very satisfied with the storage facility which is always clean. The staff is very professional, courteous, knowledgeable of the facility and all its products. I gave the rating of four Stars because the hours of operation or being able to get to my unit it's not conducive with my work hours so I can only get to my unit on the one day off I have. But overall I am very satisfied the company
