I’m extremely disappointed with Storage Sense. This is starting to feel like a shady or scam business. Tina and Courtney do not communicate at all — I’ve sent multiple emails, text messages, and even asked to speak with a District manager Multiple times yet no one follows up. All I get are messages about payments, but no one can explain why my account balance doesn’t reflect the payments I’ve already made. I have receipts and proof of payment, yet my account still shows incorrect information. I’ve also requested photo or video proof of the inside of my unit to confirm that my personal belongings are still there, but no one has provided it. The lack of communication, accountability, and transparency is unacceptable. I’m asking that someone from management or corporate contact me immediately to resolve this situation.

Courtney was an absolute pleasure to do business with. Not only was she was courteous, kind, and personable but she was very helpful and went out her way to make our experience with Hallmark a delight. This was our first time purchasing an unit from auction. We will definitely be back.

I was welcomed by an employee Aaron and he was so delightful. I was having a real bad day so I know my energy had to have been off plus Texas heat doesn't help and by the time we got done I was smiling. He was professional and very understanding to my situation and helped me pick my unit which I am more then happy with. I usually don't bother with a review but he was a very outstanding young man and love seeing him and his pleasant attitude I'll never go to another storage unit. Prices are great employee fantastic all around a 5 star in my eyes

We were in a bind with having to move last-minute due to a problem with our rental. The employees at Hallmark Self-Storage stepped up and helped us with the storage units that we needed in order to have a successful move with ease of mind during a trying and stressful time. They were courteous and professional; and they went above and beyond to be there for us in our time of need. Thank you, Hallmark! :)
