In my opinion, when it comes to dealing with a storage facility... customer service is #1... AND this location has just that. From the moment the storage facility manager answered the phone to the moment we left, Yaniaha (facility manager) was an absolute pleasure. Its obvious she takes pride in her Cube Smart location. Everything was super clean. Well organized and again, its just nice to have to deal with someone that is helpful and kind. So again, if your looking for a storage facility...it starts with customer service and if I was asked to rate 1 thru 10....I would give an 11. So thank you Yaya!

I had a great experience at CubeSmart! From the moment we arrived, Yanisha made the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free. She was incredibly professional, patient, and helpful, answering all my questions and making sure everything was taken care of. What really stood out was how kind and personable she was she even took the time to interact with my son while we were moving in, which truly meant a lot to me. That extra level of care made the experience feel welcoming and personal. I highly recommend CubeSmart, especially if you get the chance to work with Yanisha!

As a first time customer here at CubeSmart Self storage I was really impressed how smooth it went.Yanisha aka (Yaya) was sufficient and made sure I found the right size unit for my belongings. She was even nice enough to stay over the office hours to get me registered and went over all the paperwork with me including any other questions I had. Thank you girl for making my visit great!
