I only needed the unit for a short time but it was one of the easiest experiences I’ve had with storage units. And Kipsey was quick and informative with any questions I had and was so easy to communicate with. It was like having a conversation with my mom! Couldn’t have asked for a better company to use!

I have had several storage units over the years and this one is by far the cleanest ever! I also have a bit of a pet peeve with customer service going downhill in this day and age and this is NOT the case here! We had top notch service signing up for this AND talk about going above and beyond, Kipsey noticed our unit was unlocked and called me to come lock it up! We all know way too many places who have emplyees who would walk right by that and not do anything about it, not Kipsey, she called me immediately! (because she does walk thrus multiple times a day!!) Where else can I say I have had super clean units, great security AND excellent customer service for a storage facility?? This is a first for me!! Thanks ESS and thank you Kipsey!!

I was very happy with the way Kipsey took care of me as soon as I walk in to sign my contract. As soon as I parked, she was already holding the door open for me.The office and surrounding areas were very clean and she explained from office hours, to what I could not stored. Thank you Kipsey for all your help.
