Ralph is absolutely the best representative. We met Ralph, Store manager at Lewesville location and he is very patient and great at what he does. We wanted to see 3 units and he did allow us to drive up in our car because we had a newborn. He patiently showed us all 3 units and we were completely satisfied with it. I loved the service and the person he was. We really had good experience at the location and we immediately signed up for it. Very good communication skills and excellent personality

I’ve known Ralph before the acquisition or acquiring of the old storage company. He’s always done a great job and I understand why he is still there and a valued member of y’all’s team. He’s understanding and kind. Every time I’m there, he’s out and about taking care of the property and building. Great relationships with the renters.. He has came by and Interacted with us as I was at the storage with my kids. He has walked around with my kids, showing them different storages and teaching them things.
