Bait, hook, and then raise price, Beware !

We moved two storage units from Plano to Public Storage thinking we would save money because they were offering a better price.After securing 2 large units I asked if we could secure a contract and they were reluctant. My monthly price 11/22/21 was $ 332.00 a month per unit and without any notification, 1/1/22 I received auto payment bill for $414.00 per unit. That is an increase of $82.00 a month per unit. Needless to say I was surprised at the increase. I just want to share with viewers that if you plan on renting for a long time make sure you have a contract , otherwise you will face my situation which I cannot afford right now and will be looking for an alternative option.

I had an easy move in experience

I had an easy move in experience. I do think that the move in for 1.00 was disclosed and let people know about the lock fee and the expensive renters insurance.
