I had some issues reserving on-line. I needed a storage space for an RV and the AI app assigned me a regular storage space. Y’all need to fix that! I went directly to the Storage King location and the gentleman there was able to correct my reservation with minimal delay. Whoever that gentleman was, he’s doing a great job and deserves recognition for top notch customer service! That’s all I have to say. Great experience overall.

Both Josh and Brandon were very helpful and accommodating to my needs, and showed me out on the lot for prospective spots. Chose Storage King USA in Liberty Hill,TX to store my travel trailer because of their covered storage as well as their convenient location to my residence. After speaking with a booking representative, I visited the location a few days later and spoke with the property manager on duty about available covered storage units. He gladly showed me several slots available and was very friendly and helpful. 20 minutes later, I had rented a spot and was ready to store my trailer. Great experience overall ! Great customer service! Would highly recommend.
