Your employee Mitchell is the only reason why my 2 sisters, mother, and myself have stayed with your facility. The previous management was not "customer friendly". We were just $$ to them. I highly commend Mitchell for his outstanding customer service!

I rarely leave reviews good or bad but I will say customer service at this facility could improve as well as honoring policies. I've been paying an extra almost $25 for the past 3 months. With it being on auto draft I had no idea. When I saw it on my online banking this morning I called and asked why. I was told there was a price increase months ago and an email was sent per policy to let me know a month in advance. I stated I never received an email and when she repeated the email back it was incorrect and showed it was never actually sent to me. I asked to be credited back for the months I was unaware of and was told there's nothing she can do about it. Even though per square space I never received my month notice of an increase. No phone call was made when the email didn't go through. When I asked to speak to someone above her she said there is noone to speak to. I would appreciate it if someone could reach out and assist in this situation since the only number online sends me back to the same person.
