Very clean and super easy to access even after hours. The automatic gate opener through the app is nice to have as well. Attendants in the office are always helpful and easy to talk to. Very well run establishment!

BEWARE!!! MUST READ It was 100$ a month for my unit in 2023. Ever since I’ve signed up and put my stuff in storage they cranked my rent up to 180$ in 2024!!! Now we are in 2025, and my bank declined a transaction for 250 dollars!!! These people are shady and will not let you know they are upping your rent until you receive paper in the mail. Stay away from extra space storage. The manager tried telling me it’s like hotel room rates, but I have receipts saying the price has only gone up more than double😂 never has gone down once. Here we are a week later. I had called back like the manager asked and now I’m being charged 268$!!!!!!! Explained to him I’ve been a customer for 2 plus years and that I’m on disability and have had a spinal fusion less than 6 months ago and that I had my original payment budget set aside. They told me that they were going to do NOTHING to come down on the price! Just proved to me that they will TAKE ADVANTAGE OF DISABLED PEOPLE. BEWARE, DO NOT PUT YOUR VALUABLES IN THESE UNITS WITHOUT SIGNING A CONTRACT THAT STATES ITS A FIXED RATE AND THEY CANT CHANGE IT!!! BECAUSE I SWEAR TO YOU THEY WILL. Here I am a month later. I had a close friend call this location and ask to rent a storage unit the exact same size as mine. GUESS WHAT!!! THEY ARE ONLY CHARGING HER 120$ A FREAKING MONTH AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN STEALING MY MONEY! I called a moving company to move all my stuff to a nearby unit a couple down from the one I was renting. So now I’m using a different name under a new account we created and my friend helped me go from 250$ to 120$ for a 10x10 climate controlled unit space😍 if you’re the owner of this establishment, shame on you. I will let everyone know how you guys take advantage of disabled people. I’ve lived in Lumberton my whole life. Karma is real. Oh and and just a reminder, I did call you guys back to fix it like the owner asked me to in the comment sections and like I said they told me it was like hotel rates and couldn’t be changed😂 but if you’re a smoking hot female like my fiancé, you can get it for less than half the price!!
