Very disappointed! We have only had our camper stored here since May and we received an increase letter for October. I am guessing the management changed recently. Our rate is $190 per month and it’s going up to $393. I called them and ask why the increase. They stated that it is a “market” increase. Come on over $200 per month??? Will be building a NICE “RV storage” on our property for what it would cost to continue store at this place. Also, outside businesses are allowed to come in and placing business cards on everyone’s vehicles and campers. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Ive rented here a few times, when it was corporate woods store all. Now w/ Rec Nation. Facility is great, big units easy access. usually very well maintained. NOW for the 2 star review. Corporate SUCKS and i mean they are terrible. Reserved a space w/ i got there there was already someone in there took a few days to get worked out moved me to a differnt unit. Received a call a few days later they wanted to move me again! I refused they worked it out. Gave me a months rent for my trouble. that was nice. When rent came due on the first of the month i tried to pay online, and thought it went through, but it didn't and then charge 50 late fee. i like renting there but corporate is awful.

I called asking around for prices and availability other places didn’t let me see the space to see how it was if they were damaged have and holes that could start leaks. concerned for my personal items and other places didn’t allow me to look they wanted to take my money right away. which sucks but for RecNation storage they were the Best they answered so fast very polite and patient and even allowed me in to look into their spaces. The trust they had for me before i was a customer was amazing which makes me have no worries from them. Prices were amazing really good pricing. If your interested hope you speak with Naidene she was very nice and polite and helpful and gave me great deals and information she made my storage experience awsome!!!

RecNation support staff was very helpful in swapping on lease to a different unit and ensuring we were properly charged for the difference. Very prompt, courteous interaction with follow up. Highly recommend RecNation for your storage needs.

Do you like nails rolling around all over the place right next to where you drive your car? Or how about not being able to access your storage unit? If so, then this is the storage unit for you. Ever since the facility was bought out, we’ve had nothing but problems. Today, I have been waiting an hour to gain access to my storage unit with no avail due to the fact no key pad on this site is working. Frustrating, to say the least. Update: We never managed to get into the unit that we pay monthly for. After over an hour of waiting and numerous phone calls, we were informed that the facility was waiting on a part and no one would be able to enter until further notice. Nothing was ever sent out notifying any of the tenants. To top everything off, the manager James was pawning it off onto his staff and won’t return any phone calls. I don’t know who the owner of this place is, but James may be the worst manager Ive encountered my entire life. If something breaks at your facility, James or a hired staff member ought to be there during business hours to let people in/ out of their units. Do not rent here. Update: 7/2/24 James never called me, as a matter of fact, no one followed up on the situation. I still have no clue if we are able to enter the storage unit that is paid for every month. To top things off, we were supposed to be comped rent for July due to the fact the facilities were inaccessible and that was still charged.
