I’ve had exceptional experience with Danielle, the property manager at the Manvel Hwy 6 storage facility. Despite the delayed elevator repairs, she went above and beyond to make sure I felt supported and informed. Her customer service is truly top-tier. The facility is always clean, secure, and well‑maintained, which reflects the pride she takes in her work. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely kind and attentive. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a storage unit—you’ll be in excellent hands.

RATS!!! RATS EVERYWHERE!! We rented a climate controlled unit here for less than 2 months and the hallways and our unit were riddled with rat feces! Rats even ate through some of our belongings. Very disappointed here- we had to move to another storage facility and incurred additional expenses we shouldn’t have. This would have been helpful to know prior to moving our belongings in.

Love Danielle, the property manager, she’s so sweet and attentive! I hope they can continue hiring such amazing staff! She made our move in easier and informed us about the policies, including the no food policy! Great and informative!
