I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Emily at the facility, and I must say, she was exceptionally helpful. Her knowledge of the facility and her willingness to go above and beyond to assist made my experience smooth and stress-free. Emily was professional and friendly, she truly set a high standard for customer service. However, I believe the overall experience could be further improved if the property manager were on site more often. Having immediate access to management could provide quicker resolutions to any concerns that arise, ensuring an even more seamless and reassuring experience for customers. Nonetheless, thanks to Emily, I would highly recommend this facility for your storage needs.
