The customer service and kindness he & Stacie demonstrated seriously brightened my day and helped bring order to my chaotic life! Highly recommend these units- they are clean and have A/C units available. And the service is top-notch!

Extremely disappointed — avoid if you can. I usually stick with Public Storage or Extra Space Storage, but made the mistake of trying Advantage Storage of McKinney Ranch and regret it. The entire facility is filthy and poorly maintained. There were rat droppings everywhere, a strong smell of urine, dead flies piled up near the dolly carts, and even dried blood in the elevator that clearly hadn’t been cleaned for weeks. Absolutely unacceptable for any storage facility. Word of advice to myself (and anyone reading this): never deviate from using Public Storage or Extra Space Storage. I expected basic cleanliness and safety — instead I got the exact opposite. Very disappointed.

We are new to the area and heard about Texas hospitality but thought it was too good to be true, being we are from California. Well we are believers now. The young gentleman at the front desk, Dylan, was exceptionally helpful and took so much time and effort with us going over all of our options. He explained everything in full detail and was just the nicest person we have worked with in a long time. Thank you for making us feel very welcome. Most storage places we have used in the past were not very clean, but this location is absolutely amazingly clean. This is the place to use if you have extra items to store.

Adam is yet again the beginning grace for the holiday season this year. Its always a pleasure working with him! The staff here is very kind and the units are reasonably priced. The halls are clean and so is the property. No damage at all to our unit or items and weve had it about 2 years now. Better than uhaul storage!
