I love this place! Friendly staff. Clean bathrooms. By far the best Extra SpaceI I used this company because I was the high bidder on an abandoned storage unit. I used this app called storage treasures which was recommended by Grok the smartest ai app. This was my first unit bid ans first win. I didn't know what to expect. But Nichole, she's the super friendly voice on the other end of the phone when you call, I didn't catch the other just as friendly helper but I did hear them laughing about something (a contest I think). Whatever it was broke the ice instantly and I knew it was going be easy working with these gals. And it was! I live out of town so 8 won't get t9 store stuff here but there 9n my unit bid list for sure!!! 🍹🍹

Lady changed my account couple days in advance. So payment time came and my first 2 months free and$24.99 a month after that. Great deal. The lady said she changed it because this way would save me more. Lol after 3 month. I did the math and lost $12 a month. I was homeless so I had no time or muscle to help me move. So I kept for 6 months. And I guess they DO NOT PRO RATE. 21 DAYS EARLY...... IDK 🤷‍♂️. I GOT ME PLACE AND REALLY COULD USE EXTRA MONEY FOR HOLIDAYS. But they kept good care and time for hate hours are odd. Had to work around their schedule. But not a bad place to rent. They called me when I forgot to lock my spot. I WAS VERY GREAT FULL FOR THAT. THANK YOU!!! THAT GIVE THEM 4☆!

New Braunfels location, Manager and Assistant Manager, were very friendly and helpful when I was in need of assistance adding another unit to my acct. I have called in the past and someone has either answered the call or called me back within 30 minutes. The grounds and units are clean and easily accessible.

They went above and beyond to help me find the best way to save money and explained everything clearly so I understood all my options. Their customer service was outstanding — friendly, patient, and genuine. What really stood out to me was how kind they were to my dog. They welcomed him right inside and treated him like family, which meant a lot to me. It’s rare to find a place that provides great service and shows that level of care.
