My family and I have been using the climate controlled storage at Lone Star Storage since 2013. My family used to own a moving company with a large storage warehouse, and we have found Lone Star to provide quality storage. My grandmother, father, and myself have had items there at one time or another. We have never had problems with pests. The facility is clean, and they keep an eye on things. Once we forgot to push the latch over before putting the lock on, and they called us in less than 24 hours to let us know we had not locked it properly. I feel safe going there alone or with my kids. We have been there at all hours of the day and evening and never had problems, and we go fairly frequently. Staff is friendly and helpful.
