Ive had this storage for years. Unfortunately every time I turn around the rate has gone up. I went from a 10x20 unit to a much smaller unit but now my rent is twice as much as it was originally. I don't think they should be able to raise the rate every time they think they need to. They have raised my rate 2 or 3 times in one year. How could operating costs possibly increase that much? That is my only complaint.
