RATS RATS RATS—-Only giving one star because it will not let me put a review unless a star is given. I did a review the other day and not sure why it’s still under review. Anyhow district manager needs to do better. I had dead rats inside my storage, rat urine and poop everywhere. I had to hire help to clean storage, move all my belongings. Apparently there was another storage a few units from me with roaches, rats and etc and was never told about it and given an option to live storages. Yet payment was made. Been there maybe 3 months and was not able to get into the unit because of a mistake (not my mistake)took a whole month to get the situation handled and credited because the district manager took forever to get back with me. Now this!!!!!!! I had to move out of my storage and move into another one and still pay for the move when this is their units. Unfortunately our house isn’t ready for us to move storages and especially since I have more than one unit at this facility. I could care less about the $500 the insurance gives because of rodents I care about everything I had to throw away. I also did contact the health dept. we had to spend money for help, to clean all our stuff and get rid of lots. Andrea was amazing and has always been but the district manager is ridiculous! DO BETTER DISTRICT MANAGER- here are a few pictures for reference..

I’ve had a unit at this storage facility for a while, and I can honestly say things have completely turned around since Kim took over management. It’s about time they finally got someone who actually knows how to run the place professionally. Kim is organized, responsive, respectful, and genuinely cares about the customers and the property. The difference between now and the way things were under previous management is night and day. The facility feels better managed, communication is better, and problems actually get handled correctly. Good managers are hard to find, and this place finally got a great one. Thank God for Kim. If the owners are smart, they’ll do everything they can to keep her there.
