Avoid this place. They’ll increase your monthly rate without any prior notice. When you call, they claim they’ve emailed you about the rate increase. My rate went from $195 to $243, and I never received an email informing me of the increase. I thoroughly checked my email and found no notification about the rate hike. There are better options available that actually provide electricity and lights in the units for the same price or a little more.

Rented a unit online and accidentally unloaded into the wrong identical unit while it was getting dark. Asked if it could be switched on my account and was basically told to deal with it myself. Expecting someone to move everything alone at night at an unstaffed location is unsafe and unreasonable. Very poor customer service.
