Rating my overall experience storing here a 3. As others have mentioned, it is ridiculously expensive compared to other companies (such as Public Storage). They also do NOT prorate upon move out so I would advise scheduling your move out before your next payment is due. I moved out 3 days after paying and can’t get that money back (because it’s “month to month”). I had no issues other than that though. Move in/move out was easy. My items were safe. There were a few bugs that I found upon move out, but nothing crazy. I appreciate that the area where you load/unload is covered so if there’s bad weather, you won’t get wet. The building is also pretty secure. You can’t even get on the elevator without inputting your code. I got locked out of my unit and Tamara opened it for me. She was very pleasant and helpful when I was there. Due to the prices and the policy around prorating, I would NOT lease a unit with CubeSmart again. TLDR: Safe, but costly. Plan ahead for move out.

Just in case my review was deleted Here are the photos after my unit was broken into at this facility. Tamara stole my table. She locked us outta the property while moving out Our access was declined They are letting these ppl steal your items. Gates don't work security cameras don't work lights in the units and on property don't work. I'm not sure if this facility even has a operational insurance plan for renters that they say you have to have before you rent here. I'm still waiting for answers .. Update 1/28/25 This CubeSmart facility is allowing these ppl to steal your things. They are working with the thieves. I filed a police report and the police told me CubeSmart would not authorize the police department to view any of there surveillance videos and this has been going on for 5 plus years. I also took the time to speak with 6 other storage companies and they all said the same thing. Their facility doesn't have break ins like that.. if it does it's usually someone that WORKS THERE or someone who knew the person that moved in. Also I'm planning on pursuing charges against Tamara for stealing my table

I’ve been storing my travel trailer here for about five years. During that time our rent for our parking space has more than tripled. However, the customer service that I have received from this location (and specifically Tamara) has always been spot on! The remote access (through the app) for the gate has been a great addition and is very handy. Although I will most likely leave this location due to the SKYROCKETING prices, it will not be because of customer service… it will be SOLELY due to costs increasing by over 300% in less than five years…

Great location! Cube Smart has the perfect storage size for your needs. From a small climate controlled closet to a huge garage to an outdoor parking spot for a RV, you can fit just about anything your heart desires. Convenient fire extinguishers nearby just in case anything gets out of control. My caretaker Gabe, was very professional and helped me and he knew his stuff. There is nothing to complain about this lovely gated storage facility.
