The FIVE star reviews are highly suspicious. I rented a few units at this location and left after the rates jumped exponentially. Not to mention the poor service, lack of carts and constant broken gates/elevators. There was NEVER anyone at the front desk. Even during manned hours. I walked the facility numerous times, knocked on the door, and would call over and over. The few times someone was on site, they were either asleep in the back room or across the street “eating.” Even further proof no one is watching the cameras. Finally, I checked out through the mobile app, and made my final payment and I am still being contacted by a collection agency- for an additional payment? I was checked out successfully and cleared out my unit on the app as instructed. Stay away from this location and go to a family owned unit that has the owners onsite regularly that are patrolled. It’s worth it. This place needs to be investigated by the BBB.

I had a real poor experience with this facility. I rented two 10x20 units for six years. then I consolidated to 1 unit, and they insisted i would pay 85% of the charge for 2 units. Unbelievable. Also limited carts, elevators break down, bathroom locked half the time and low attendance in office. I do not recommend this place. Its a shame as I was a paying customer for 6 years. terrible focus on the customer.

The facility is nice, and if you are only storing here things here that you dont need frequent access to it's probably perfect for you. With that said, if you are someone who will frequently be accessing your unit you may want to look elsewhere. There may be six carts total for the whole facility, and people take two or three when moving which means I had to move boxes one by one on SEVERAL occasions. There should be at least 4 carts per entrance, it's really inconvenient. I’ve only had to interact with the office once when I got another unit, but the employee seemed to act as if I was bothing him. Ultimately my lock, provided by them, doesnt fit properly and sticks out, to which he said it still works. So now I have a lingering fear that someone may tamper with my lock because its sticking out, not a great feeling. The rear gate is almost always broken or wide open, today it's zip tied shut and there is a car just sitting at the other entrance which makes me feel incredibly unsafe which finally made me write a review. I am waiting to see if this other car leaves because I dont want to let them in if they shouldn't be here, and I dont want to be cornered if I do open the gate. Again, if you dont come often, probably not an issue, but I will be moving as soon as I can to a different place.

Today I had a great experience with the Lady attending the storage she’s so nice n helpful. I wish all businesses had employees that not only work but attracted people with the kindness and caring to our concerns totally will recommend this place🌹
