Kathy and Gilbert are warm and welcoming and REALLY Great to work with! Kathy explained everything to us and gave us a tour of the property. The property is beautiful and very well managed and maintained. I’ve rented storage units in the past and this is by far THE BEST! Kathy and Gilbert felt like family. 💕Thank you Kathy and Gilbert!! Kathy has been nothing less than amazing! She’s so sweet and has been a great help. Every question I had, she’s been able to answer. We started with Kathy at 3 units and needed to add a 4th one. For #4 we got to meet Gilbert. Great guy! He was so helpful making sure we were able to have a seamless move-in experience with very little friction. The facility is so nice. It’s clean and bug free. It’s well-lit. Everyone we’ve met there has been so nice. I am here for allllll the pleasantries that used to be commonplace in our society! This was the right choice for us. You really won’t regret choosing this Bee Safe.

They answered all my questions clearly, made the process smooth, and genuinely cared about making sure I had the right storage solution. It’s rare to find customer service this good nowadays. I applied on line and in a very short time Kathy called to see if I had any questions and to welcome me. I told her we would be in the next morning to bring items and she was there to meet us and show us around. She was so friendly and informative. The place was so clean. Very positive experience. The locations personnel are so kind and helpful it is an experience seldom found anywhere today. Absolutely amazing. Don’t look any further this is the place to store your stuff!! Easy access, exceedingly clean. Looks clean, smells clean and fresh with mellow smooth Jazz music playing facility wide. If you can’t tell yet, I’m IMPRESSED with Gilbert. Not just the guy who works there, he genuinely cares. He treats customers with respect and care. I came away from the initial conversation/rental feeling like I just gained a new friend!!
