Such a great place! I’ve had my storage unit here for over a year and it’s always clean, safe and kept nice. John has been extremely helpful especially when I needed to get a second unit immediately during a move. I’ve also enjoyed knowing Adriana as she is always so helpful when I needed it!

We have had units here several times over the years. During foundation repair and then through a small house fire. We have had nothing but good experience with this location! Zero bugs or rodents. Staff is helpful and they keep the place secure! 10/10

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable service. I spoke with Jeremy (who said he was the last person I would be speaking to in leadership), who took zero responsibility and instead blamed me for “choosing” a second-floor unit while the elevators have been out of service for over two months. That is not a choice when the advertised amenities are not functioning. I was forced to move 30 boxes down two flights of stairs, and the only compensation offered was a $25 credit—a response that shows a complete lack of respect for customers and their time. Blaming a third-party power surge does not excuse failing to maintain essential equipment or communicate honestly with tenants. This location does not stand behind what it advertises, offers no meaningful customer service, and shows zero concern for customer retention. Avoid this Extra Space Storage location. If you expect reliability, accountability, or basic professionalism, look elsewhere.
