Extra Space Storage made the whole process shockingly easy. Signing up online was a breeze, the prices were great, and the instructions were easy to follow — which is saying something, because I am absolutely capable of overthinking a locked gate and a unit number. The facility itself is immaculately clean. Like, “did someone just deep-clean this place for a magazine shoot?” clean. Even though the process was very simple, Nisha, the on-site manager, was incredibly patient with me since finding my way out of wet paper can be difficult. She was kind, helpful, and took the time to answer everything without making me feel like I needed adult supervision. Great experience all around. Highly recommend!

Awesome overall service. The staff at this location has always been very helpful. Bella took great care of my needs! The manager and leadership at this location are top tier! Very clean building, including restrooms. Safe location with good lighting! Highly appreciated! Good choice, if need for storage arises.

What a scam. My rate nearly doubled after just 4 months. The website said web rate and inferred that was going to be my monthly rate. No asterisk or limited promo offer label during the sign up process. The FAQ does say rates will be adjusted from time to time. But nearly doubling the rate after 4 months is ridiculous. I called the customer service and was lectured about market costs with zero empathy and no help. On top of that I was called by the local staff a few weeks ago and crudely interrogated about one of their carts being left out and I didn’t even use a cart. Also the climate control is bogus. My unit has been over 80 degrees the last 5 times I’ve gone. I’ve never heard the air conditioner turn on.

The manager, Neesha (oh my goodness please forgive me if this isn’t how her bar is spelled) was spectacular!! So incredibly patient, courteous, helpful and kind. I can’t say enough about her. The units are very well kept, nice and clean. I definitely recommend!!
