Visited office on my lunch break and was greeted by Treh at the Bulverde Road location. He was very helpful and patient with all my questions. The facility was very clean and Treh was happy to let me look at an empty unit to help me visualize the space I need. He also provided pricing information regarding specials that helped me make my decision to rent a unit. Great job Treh!

Tracy was awesome. She made the entire process quite easy. We moved from another storage facility due to multiple break-ins and the lack of care or empathy from ownership/management. I did several site visits at different facilities before finding CubeSmart. They have a high level of security measures in place to keep our belongings safe.

BOTH elevators have been down since a lightening storm that hit weeks ago - why they are just now getting them fixed is a mystery. Only way to access the floors is stairs and only when the office is open so impossible to get your own stuff unless you take a day off (office closes at 6pm) or can make it on a Saturday (because they are closed on Sunday). AND you have to carry your stuff down several flights of stairs if you’re unlucky enough to not be on the main level so that’s fun. Super not impressed by the lack of care by this company to at least attempt to make things a little less difficult for their customers (I’m guessing they don’t want to pay their staff OT hours). Tracy really was the only reason we decided to stay here. This lady deserves a raise for her patience and kindness. Kudos to her for being the only positive in this mess.

Very easy to rent storage units here! Can do it by phone or online. We even moved from another storage unit nearby that had poor management.
