This storage facility is EXCELLENT! I’ve been a customer for over 2 years and it’s unlike any other company I’ve worked with. I’m in the military and have moved all over the nation; nothing compares. Easy access, excellent customer service (online, by phone, and in office) carts for easy moving, and a spotless location. Thank you Hilda and team for all your hard work and effort!

I’ve had my storage unit here for several years now the service is always top tier. Everyone is always so polite and helpful especially Hilda! She is an angel always coming to my rescue from setting me up on auto pay to making sure I get squared away when I misplace my key and have to get a new lock lol

Overall the storage facility is clean and well maintained. Manager Hilda at the office is exceptional. She is very professional and quick to help. She efficiently and patiently handled all kinds of requests from account assistance to making the move out process smooth. Great attitude and excellent customer service. Highly recommend Hilda if you ever need a storage service!

Very happy with the service from Veronica and Hilda at this location! They were both very helpful with any questions or concerns and the main reason for the five star review. I did run into issues with the elevators being down a lot, which was frustrating but understandable. It happened a few times, so a small discount on the monthly charge would have felt fair. Overall still a good experience and I would return, just not on the second floor again due to the elevator situation.
