I went in to look at units, as I was wanting to move my units from another of their facilities to one closer to home. I spoke with Brody, who instantly won me to this facility with his knowledge and service level. I wasn't some 'sell' to be made, I was a valued customer. He gave me options and even made suggestions that would be valuable for me to save money by consolidating my existing units. We found a great unit and he drove me over to inspect and see it personally to discuss if it should suit my needs. What a great service. The price saves me a ton of money. I was extremely pleased with the service I received and look forward to doing business with them. I feel my things will be safe and taken care of and if I need anything I feel they would actually try to do right. It's a busy area so I realize at some point they will develop all around this spot making it troublesome to get into or out of perhaps but that's a concern for tomorrow's me.

Beware of "Bait & Switch" My rent was $77.50 per month. I recieved my bill this month and it had increased (without warning) by $61.00. I contacted them and they said that they do not give contracts and the rent can go up at any time. I was not made aware of this when I visited and rented the unit. I choose this storage unit facility after looking at reviews and visiting several storage units in the area. The customer service at this facility made me feel like this was the best place for me. They were so friendly and didn't rush me. I was on the fence because I really wanted longer hours of access and an ac unit with lights/outlets, but in the end, the atmosphere and customer service convinced me over amenities and price (they aren't the least expensive). Now I am going to be out more money finding and moving to a more trustworthy storage facility.
