Niurka OlivoMac was amazing!!!! He tools us through everything we needed to know. From first call to first visit, everyone here took care of spouse and I since day one. Mac was amazing, and so was Sheila and Shayla!
Jose SosaI went to Exact Storage today and really enjoyed it. She was awesome helping me with writing and communication. She showed me two different storage units and was very friendly with me. Since I am deaf, the smooth communication meant a lot to me She did a nice job, and I already finished paying for the storage today !!!!

Prices go up $10-$20 every couple months. I discovered and infestation in my unit upon move out. No one picks up the phone or returns calls. The majority of my items had rat droppings on or in them, several nests, and an obvious smell of urine which caused significant damage. Had to throw away beds and my wood end tables they chewed up! Absolutely DISGUSTING PLACE TO LEAVE YOUR VALUABLE ITEMS! BEWARE!!!!
Bobby SmithHighly recommend this storage facility. Super clean. Very secure. The manager Shayla is outstanding. Very polite, professional, and a definite sense of urgency. We will definitely be doing business with extra space storage again. Thank you, Shayla and the rest of your team For making this a smooth business transaction.
Timnelia DeanGood customer service! Matt and Shayla really took their time to make sure we had the perfect storage unit after our move!
