My first experience with this place was not that great. I went to get some prices and the young man that was helping me was not very helpful. Grace called me and asked if I needed any further assistance in talking to her she was so personable I decided to give them another chance. I am so glad that I did. Grace has a great personality and very knowledgeable. Great at her job very much. A people person. She was very helpful and I definitely would rent a space there and I plan on it.

I have been a customer for many years now, and I have been pleasantly surprised with the customer service I have received. Today one of your employees called me to remind me my payment was due. I informed her I was waiting for my paycheck to come through and if I could get a reminder in a few hours… She called me back and my paycheck was in so I was able to make the payment online, however I noticed that one of my units went up in price… Your employee worked with me and we got it down to a more manageable payment which I am extremely grateful for as I am a single mom going through a divorce and need your storage room services. However, my budget has been tight these days… I appreciate the empathy shown to me today and this is the reason why I have three units with your company. I appreciate you always keeping price increases to a minimum… Your employee when above and beyond, and did it with the best attitude.
