Had a great experience over the past year. Justin and his staff were always kind, professional, and very helpful. The facility was clean, secure, well lit, and super convenient. They even keep carts available, which made moving furniture and boxes so much easier. Wide hallways and easy access made the whole process stress-free. Definitely worth it and I’d highly recommend them.

We’ll be new to San Antonio and this Extra Space Storage facility is near our new place so we went to check it out. Justin, the manager, could not have been more helpful. Not only did he take the time to show us the available units that would suit our needs, but he helped us trouble shoot if an 18 wheeler could navigate the area. When we were concerned that the roads might not be accessible, he went above and beyond to help us figure out another option…the Extra Space Storage at 90/410 and recommended the manager there personally!
