Beware: The manager that runs this storage will not notify you of any upcoming auction when you fall behind they will just auction your stuff without notification which is what they did with us. I got a written notice in the mail of a rate increase and a written notice in the mail of a insurance cancellation but I never got a notice of a auction that they were selling my things and I have been in this situation before and I always pay last minute before any auction but this time they never sent any email or mail notification, and never spoke with me on the phone. I have been renting here for years and all that money they collected with several rent increases was paid to them and now they sold all my priceless possessions. I’m so disgusted. I knew I should have moved out of here a long time ago after they increased my rent shortly after I moved in and all the high fees they charged me should have convinced me to move out.
