I am not sure how this establishment has such a high google rating. I have experienced everything other reviewers stated here in previous negative reviews and more. My fault for falling for the advertised move in specials and non-existent amenities... the best deal is not always in black and white. Almost 300 a month for a storage that doesn’t stay cool? Only 2 moving dolly/carts in the whole facility - which are usually used at the same time by one party. When they’re not - good luck running around the 3 floors looking for them, not exactly what you want to be dealing with when you’re already exhausted from moving. Don’t bother asking the front office staff to help, they’re going to tell you that they can’t help you have to wait however long for the only two carts to be free. This is NOT 24 hour access like the side of the building says…. Apparently you have to specifically ask for that LUXURY on top of the almost $300 a month rent. The back lights in the loading area wouldn’t turn on at night so it was completely pitch black when I tried to move in. BUGS! $60 late fees - but much much worse than that you can’t get any response from staff here. I was told they tried to call me back… I don’t show that on my end. I asked for an email response about my account so I could at least have proof of being contacted or not… still nothing. I’ve called customer service SINGLE EVERY DAY since last week. I was told my issue would be escalated to district on Monday - STILL NOTHING today (Thursday). Today, I’m told it will now be escalated to the district MANAGER (I guess that’s more important). There is no customer service here, I’m not sure why they responded to the reviews here with a phone number to call for a resolution. When and if my issues are resolved I will update my review- if I don’t, at least you can be better informed and learn from my mistake.
