My interactions with this location, and Juan in particular, were stellar. From responsiveness on the phone to the in-person tour, to rental options, to ancillary moving needs i hadn't considered, he was the consummate professional. Friendly and helpful, I fully recommend this location. Oh, and the grounds and units are clean and accessible.

Let me start off with the good. The facility itself is very well maintained. The staff there was great. Every person I talked to from Juan to all the others, were all very nice, easy going and helpful. I really liked it there and liked the staff alot. I had two storage units, was hoping to keep them long term as the prices were very good online. The bad, the price. In three months it went from one price and skyrocketed about 40% in price. I get price increases yearly or from time to time. Well, the first price increase was only 3 months into my rental and, in my opinion, by a huge amount. My last storage facility didn't raise rates for almost three years at first, then basically yearly and a moderate amount. I'm going back to them. This storage was closer to me but would rather drive a little more to save almost $100 a month and who knows how much in the future. Feels like a money grab to me, more than a simple price increase.

First time using Extra Space Storage and so far everything seems perfect. I received a great price on a first floor unit and completed everything online. Went straight to property and had no problems finding unit or using gate/door codes. Store is very clean, which I greatly appreciate. I also appreciate the access hours of 6am - 10pm... You can pay an extra fee to have 24 hour access but figured I didn't need to be out at a storage unit in the middle of the night. Will definitely update in the future.
